The gels have no fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, or protein, and only contain 5mg of sodium, 6g of total carbohydrates, and 1g of dietary fiber, which constitutes 1% and 4% of the daily value, respectively.
The ingredients include wildcrafted sea moss, alkaline water, and a variety of natural juices and fruits such as pineapple, apple, lime, banana, mango, and strawberry. Some flavors also contain natural cinnamon. All ingredients are natural.
